How long will the print stay readable before it fades?
We don't make blanket lifespan claims. Retention depends on the paper grade, ink, lamination and storage conditions. Tell us the exact grade and your real-world conditions — we provide matching test data and support validation sampling in your own environment.
Will the print smudge or rub off with everyday handling?
Our thermal materials use a three-layer coating structure and pass water / oil / ethanol resistance testing (clear text and scannable barcode after 3 hours of oil immersion). Inkjet substrates can be paired with water-resistant, anti-scratch post-treatment. Wear and rub resistance levels are provided per grade on request.
Are your materials waterproof, oil-proof and alcohol-resistant? Is there a three-proof grade?
Yes. Our thermal three-proof spec covers water, oil and ethanol resistance — clear text and scannable barcode after 3 hours of oil immersion, with no self-colouring up to 90°C. Inkjet substrates get their water and scratch resistance from our in-house 10–30 nm porous cationic nano ink-locking coating.
Can you supply BPA-free and BPS-free paper? Is it required for food-contact use?
Yes. BPA-Free / BPS-Free phenol-free formulation is one of our core capabilities. We hold 13 third-party BPA / BPS test reports covering thermal film, thermal paper, liner and thermal membrane — report numbers verifiable, originals on request. Whether food-contact applications require it depends on your market's regulations; please confirm locally.
Will the print survive a freezer or cold-chain environment?
Cold chain, high humidity and temperature swings are where thermal labels fail most often. We have heat-resistant and temperature-controllable base-material capabilities, but cold-chain performance must be validated against your specific temperature range and duration. We provide test conditions and results per grade — no claims without data.
How should I store unused rolls so they don't darken or lose sensitivity?
Keep rolls away from light, heat and moisture, and avoid heavy pressure or contact with organic solvents. Thermal coatings can pre-develop colour and lose sensitivity under high heat or prolonged humidity. Ask us for the temperature / humidity range and recommended rotation period for your specific grade.
Compatibility & Fit
Will this lock me into buying consumables from you?
No. We supply substrates and coatings — there is no consumable lock-in. Our inkjet substrates work with mainstream water-based inkjet devices and dye inks (EPSON, Canon, HP and others), and thermal materials ship in industry-standard sizes. You are free to validate, switch and compare prices on your own line or existing equipment.
Will your material work with my existing printer?
If the specs match, yes. Send us the printer model, core diameter, width, thickness and gap requirements and we will verify or adjust against your spec. Standard thermal shipping sizes are 57/80 mm width, 40/50 mm roll diameter and 20/25 m. We won't promise compatibility before the spec check is done.
How do I know if a coating suits my ink?
Share your ink type and printer model; we run sample tests under your real conditions and let the results speak.
Can you match my printer's exact spec — core size, width, thickness, gap?
Yes. Width, roll diameter, length and core diameter can all be made to your machine's spec — standard steps are 57/80 mm width, 40/50 mm roll diameter and 20/25 m. Die-cutting and gap are sampled and validated after your spec is confirmed.
Can I get samples?
Sample testing is supported. Sample policy, lead time and costs will be published after confirmation by our sales team.

I run a coffee shop — can you supply cup seals and receipt rolls together?
Yes. We supply both two-colour takeaway receipt rolls (57/80 mm) and label / cup-seal rolls, compatible with the two-colour printing needs of major delivery platforms. They can be ordered and shipped together.
Do you make clear / holographic / PET film for stickers? Will the colours look washed out?
Yes. PET clear film (100–125 μm), diamond holographic film, RC photo paper, water-transfer paper, TPU heat-transfer film and fridge-magnet paper are all in our range. Colour rendering on clear media depends on the coating-to-ink match; we tune ink absorption speed and light transmission to your device and ink, then prove it with physical samples.
Will photos printed on your paper fade? Is it closer to lab prints or ZINK?
Our inkjet substrates use water-based dye ink with a nano ink-locking coating — a different mechanism from ZINK's inkless thermal imaging, and closer in look to conventional inkjet photo paper. Light-fastness and weatherability depend on ink, lamination and storage; we don't apply lab-print lifespan figures — ask for measured data per grade.
Which paper should I use with a pocket photo printer?
The pocket photo printer supports our full specialty inkjet media range: RC waterproof photo paper, PET clear film, diamond holographic film, water-transfer paper, TPU heat-transfer film and fridge-magnet paper — 52.3 × 80 mm at 600 dpi. Choose the substrate by application first, then validate on your own device.
Is there an MOQ for advertising / gift customization?
OEM / ODM small-batch trials supported; contact sales to evaluate substrate and process combinations.

REACH, CE and RED certification are in progress; what we can provide today is the above reports plus ISO 9001, FSC, PEFC and EUDR documents.
